Were looking for a Semi Bilingual Customer Service Expert to join our team in Bogotá at Connecta. In this role, you will be responsible for accuray, efficiently, and timely indexing documents through automation (Power Apps). The platform will upload the documents into the operational system in accordance with relevant procedures, checklists, and service level agreements.
