RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• English proficiency level B2 to C2, both spoken and written (essential for daily communication with international clients).
• Solid understanding of customer service principles and a service-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Availability to work afternoon shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
• Ability to work on-site at the Bogotá office in Chicó Norte — this is not a remote position.
