 Responsible for the full management of small and medium-sized business clients with up to 25 lines, through a model that combines consultative sales and customer service. The role focuses mainly on mobile business services, but requires knowledge and management of fixed connectivity solutions, fiber optics and services for commercial premises, guaranteeing a consistent, efficient client experience focused on business needs.

What youll be doing:
Persuasion skills ( Offering alternatives ( Discounts, plan changes, benefits)
Manage and attend to business clients, offering solutions adapted to their commercial needs.
Combine sales strategies with quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Handle information about mobile services, fixed connectivity, fiber optics and commercial solutions effectively.· The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
B2 or higher
Problem-solving skills.
Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide comprehensive attention to clients· Lets talk about benefits:

Schedules training : Monday to Saturday 5:00 - am 12:30 pm (1 month)
Schedules OPS: 1:00 - 10:30  / 2:00 - 11:30 / 3:00 - 13:30  2 days off
