What youll be doing:
As a dispute resolution professional,
Youll be resolving credit and/or debit card disputes. These disputes have financial implications for those involved, and must be resolvedin a timely and accurate manner according to the company rules, as well as any relevant state and federal regulations.
Must have punctual, regular and consistent attendance.
Demonstrated dedication to quality and customer service based on the customers needs.
Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction, problem solving and multi-tasking skills required.
Requires efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail.
Were looking for someone who:
Has a B1 English level and B2 Portuguese Level.
High School Diploma required,
