Retention & Loyalty Sales Representative | WAHA Colombia
Join a high-impact retention and sales campaign supporting, one of the leading smart home security providers in North America.
At eperformance, youll engage with customers from the USA and Canada, focusing on loyalty, retention, and sales for home security services. This role is ideal for candidates with strong persuasion skills, customer focus, and a sales-driven mindset.
What youll be doing:
Handle retention and loyalty interactions for customers.
Provide support related to home security services.
Manage inbound and outbound calls with a sales component.
Retain customers through effective objection handling and value-based selling.
Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting sales and retention KPIs.
Accuray document interactions and follow internal processes.
Were looking for someone who:
Has strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Is customer-oriented with a clear sales mindset.
Demonstrates resilience, empathy, and confidence in live interactions.
Conditions:
Training salary: COP $2,800,000 / month
Production salary: COP $2,800,000 / month
Contract type: Indefinite term

Workload: 42 hours per week | Full time
Training (TRN): Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:30 p.m.
(3 weeks TRN + 2 weeks Nesting)
Operations (OPS):
9:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m. | Weekends OFF
12:00 p.m. 9:30 p.m. | Weekends OFF
Bonuses / Benefits:
Performance bonus over 15%, plus client commissions.

This is a Retention & Loyalty sales line supporting Vivints Home Security Services for customers in the USA and Canada. The role combines customer care with a strong sales component, focusing on customer retention, upselling, and long-term relationship building. Youll receive structured training to succeed in a results-driven environment.
