We require professionals with a strong interest in delivering the latest Actimize solutions within a culture that promotes autonomous and productive teams.The Software Integration Engineer role demands a high level of technical expertise and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:Management of end-to-end lifecycle of Actimize-related operations across diverse client environments.Execution and oversight of daily batches and services for critical solutions including SAM, CDD, WLF, and IFM.Primary responsibility for investigating and resolving complex issues such as batch failures, database bottlenecks, and functional discrepancies.Implementation of process innovations and system resilience improvements, including automation of manual tasks and streamlining of report generation.Proactive monitoring and management of server health, memory utilization, and real-time streams to ensure optimal system performance.Maintenance of comprehensive documentation, incident tracking, and knowledge base contributions through the customer support portal.Collaboration with clients for solution upgrades, patch deployments, and system tuning in non-production environments.Serve as a technical liaison between client stakeholders and internal support teams, including participation in rotational on-call support as required.Evaluation of new requirements and translation into robust system specifications.Configuration, customization, and rigorous testing of solutions using SQL and Actimize software to meet stringent technical standards.Active participation in peer code reviews and mentoring of junior engineers.Provision of accurate effort estimations for upcoming projects.Continuous learning and articulate communication of complex technical concepts through clear diagrams and high-quality code.This position requires a dedicated approach to problem-solving, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of technical accuracy and operational efficiency.QualificationsEssential Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field4-7 years of professional experience in software developmentDemonstrated proficiency in Java/J2EE developmentExtensive knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and Web services/APIsProven expertise in database management, specifically MS SQL and/or OracleComprehensive understanding of Windows and Linux operating systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes of performance issuesExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishMinimum of 3 years of experience in a software company or consulting roleTechnical Proficiencies:Advanced troubleshooting skillsIn-depth knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux)Proficiency in XML and XSL technologiesAbility to effectively manage high-pressure situations and maintain operational efficiencyPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience with Actimize solutionsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologiesKnowledge of Cassandra database systemsExperience with Tableau or similar data visualization toolsBackground in scripting languages (Python, Shell script, PowerShell)Expertise in database tuning, particularly for Oracle or MS SQLUnderstanding of banking industry practices and regulationsProfessional Attributes:Demonstrated ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team environmentCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentCapacity to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and conciselyNote: Prior Actimize or banking experience is highly valued and will be considered a significant advantage for candidates.Additional InformationYou will get to team up with highly talented and highly motivated engineers and architects, using the latest edge technology.
