The Network Engineer Network Operations (Junior) supports the stability, availability, and security of TPs global network infrastructure. This role focuses on network operations, monitoring, and incidentmanagement under defined SLAs within a 24/7 enterprise environment. The position requires hands-on experience in LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments, as well as administration of Next-Generation Firewalls across multi-country operations.
What will your responsibilities be?
Network Operations & IncidentManagement
Manage incidents, service requests, and infrastructure changes under defined SLAs.
Monitor network capacity, performance, and availability across global environments.
Provide troubleshooting support in live production environments while minimizing business impact.
Administer and support NGFW technologies (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet).
Support enterprise LAN / WAN / WLAN environments in production settings.
Execute hardening procedures and implement security policies and access controls.
Infrastructure Support & Documentation
Follow BAU operational processes to ensure service continuity.
Participate in infrastructure improvements and optimization initiatives.
Maintain updated technical documentation including diagrams, inventories, and reports.
Collaboration & Global Support
Support multi-country GBS operations aligned with corporate standards.
Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve cross-functional incidents.
Participate in technical meetings related to support and service improvements.
Operate under a 24/7 model with rotating shifts, including night shifts and on-call schedules.· Requirements
Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, ecommunications, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure.

FCP Network Security
Strong hands-on experience in:
Switching (Cisco, Extreme)
Wireless infrastructure (Aruba or similar)
NGFW administration (Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet)
Layer 2 / Layer 3 protocols (Spanning Tree, Dynamic Routing)
Security controls (ACL, IDS/IPS)
Incident management and network monitoring in production environments
English level: B2 or higher (mandatory).
Location: Colombia - 100%Remote.
