Senior Project Manager - Software Implementation, Advanced English

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex IT and software delivery projects for international clients within the NiCE Actimize product. This role requires managing multicultural, global teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.r/>Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management across the full project lifecycle.- Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholders.- Oversee revenue and cost forecasting and ensure financial control.- Coordinate global, cross-functional teams and provide clear leadership.- Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.- Track project progress, manage issues and risks, and provide regular status reporting.- Ensure continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT, software, or consulting environments.- Proven experience managing the full SDLC and multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong background in IT/software delivery for external, international clients.- Solid experience with budget and revenue management.- Strong stakeholder and client management skills.- Ability to work effectively in global, multicultural teams.- Advanced English level (B2+).- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or related fields.- Experience with external and international clients.- PMP certification is a strong plus.This is a hybrid position in Usaquén, Bogotá, Colombia.
