Strategic Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performance recruitment team, ensuring the fulfillment of hiring targets for specializedB2B Sales and Marketing roles.
End-to-End Selection: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for senior commercial profiles, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience and alignment with business needs.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to understand market trends and define effective sourcing strategies for niche commercial talent.
Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and optimize recruitment KPIs, implementing innovative sourcing tools to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
Requirements:
Location: Based in Bogotá
Experience: Minimum of 34 years of experience in recruitment coordination or senior roles, specifically focused on B2B Sales, Marketing, and Commercial profiles.
Technical knowledge: Proven expertise in behavioral interviewing (STAR methodology), headhunting, LinkedIn Recruiter.
Languages: English B2: Must be able to hold business conversations and report to global stakeholders.
