Loyalty Expert

Were looking for a Loyalty expert to join our team in Bogotá. In this role, youll support customers by responding to inquiries, providing clear and friendly guidance, through strategies that involve offerings and sales, and delivering effective solutions across different service scenarios.
Youll focus on understanding customer needs, handling information responsibly, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience in every interaction.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma completed.
No previous work experience required.
Availability to work from time frame 8:00AM-8:00PM.

REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma completed (If the diploma is from a foreign country, it must be validated in Colombia)
Availability to work TRN: Monday to Friday 10:00pm - 19:00 / Operations: Time frame: 7:00PM - 20:00PM, 2 days off.
Residence in Bogotá.
