Requirements:- Advanced English level (B2)- Must be located in Bogotá D.C. (on-site position)- Availability to work on-site- Strong communication skills and customer orientation- Availability to handle inbound callsWhat we offer:- Base salary: $2,500,000 COPbr/>- Transportation allowance: $249,095 COP (according to legal requirements)- Operations bonus: $500,000 COP (from day 1, based on attendance) + $150,000 COP (attendance-based)- 42-hour work week- Schedule between 7:30 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday)- 2 days off (weekends always off + US holidays)- On-site work (Sede Américas)- Paid training (4 to 5 weeks)- Direct contract with the company- Full legal benefitsAdditional Information:This is a seasonal opportunity.
