This includes troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and mobile technology issues while educating customers on support options and steps taken to resolve their concerns.ResponsibilitiesHandle chats and inbound calls to resolve technical inquiries.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and mobile technology.Educate customers on support options and provide clear resolutions.Document and escalate cases as necessary.Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.RequirementsLanguage Proficiency:English: Minimum B1 level (70% fluency).French: Minimum B2 level.High school diploma or equivalent (must have a physical diploma or certificate).Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Basic technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.BenefitsCompetitive salary: $2,795,100 COP during training and operations.Indefinite term contract.Remote work opportunity.Performance-based bonus: Up to 15% of salary.Flexible operational hours: Work shifts between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.Training schedule: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.42-hour workweek.Opportunity to grow within a global company.Work ExperienceExperience in customer service or technical support is preferred but not required.
