Youre the missing piece of the TOP Team!At eperformance, were looking for an Expert in Customer Service. You will have direct contact with users through various communication channels (calls, chat, email), promoting the client and their company. You will maintain a constant knowledge of the clientsservices or products and follow up on them. This is the perfect opportunity for an empathetic, respectful, and proactive person, capable of resolving situations with a positive attitude.This is what you will do: Provide excellent service to all customers with a friendly and direct approach. Promote the clients company by showcasing their products and services. Handle sensitive customer data with the utmost care and confidentiality.The TOP Team is looking for someone who: Is a high school graduate. Is available to work from 2 PM (afternoon/evening schedule). Lives in Bogotá. Is available to work on-site (North Point).
