Ig Team S. A. S - Dispatch/logistics Coordinator

We are the Ig Team, a young and dynamic group of enthusiasts providing dispatch and logistics services for the American transportation market right in the heart of El Poblado, Medellin.

we are currently hiring for a Logistics Coordinator position.

responsibilities:

manage active accounts' daily operations for Us Customer Sales by establishing and maintaining positive relationships;
effectively communicate any load info, updates, or details between customers and our internal departments;
work closely with carrier management & operations to ensure efficiency, affordability, and flexibility for our customers
resolves ad hoc logistics issues.
salary Pay:

starting Net Pay: Cop 2,000,000/month;
base+commission Pay.
candidate requirements:

advanced English level, both verbal and written;
great communication and negotiation skills;
ability to multitask and pay attention to detail. Must be a problem solver;
proficiency with Ms Office and Google products;
sales experience is preferred but not required;
availability to work morning shifts Mon-fri 07:00-17:00.
