- Maintain and update customer protocols to ensure high quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular quality control of the service provided to customers.
- Timely resolve customer complaints and participate in root cause analysis.
- Investigate customer issues and suggest corrective actions.
- Communicate with customers to gather satisfaction feedback and provide daily guidelines to staff.
- Analyze inefficiencies and suggest improvements to processes.
- Attend meetings and complete projects assigned by senior management.
- Continuously develop own professional and technical knowledge.
- Follow changes to regulations and rules in the industry.
- Maintain professional and ethical communication with customers and other third parties.
- Perform other related tasks as requested by the employer.


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, quality control or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage a busy and changing workload.
- Passion for improvement and innovation.
