We are looking for a highly diligent PM with Product Owner certification to be responsible for the implementation of the Oracle HR platform
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating with the client the entire project implementation process, from start to finish, and providing feedback to the client and development team.
Your main task will be:
Responsible for the functional processes of the countries.
Ability to coordinate with country process experts and operational representatives (supervisors) to consolidate information/feedback and to involve them during the user testing phase.
Shares the consolidated current situation with the project team during the discovery phase (survey responses).
Participates and makes decisions during design workshops to define future Webhelp processes and provides local legal, regulatory and business requirements.
Participates in testing (User Acceptance Testing) and ensures consistency between expressed needs and solution configuration by providing feedback.
Participates in training and change management for his scope.
Skills and competencies you need to have:
2 years of experience using platforms from Oracle's suite (No coding)
A postgraduate degree in Project Management
Agile methodologies knowledge
Communication skills / Relationship with Human Resources and Businesses
Vision / Ability to project on objective processes
Ability to make decisions and self-confidence
Extensive knowledge of local processes
People involved in the WH Talent project team for the affected regions
Language level required
Spoken English: B2 or Higher (Upper-intermediate or higher)
