-Resolve all customers needs through different communication channels

-Analyze customers needs and manage them

We offer you:

-Work schedules: 46 hours a week (2 Days off)

-Work on site ( It will be in Bogota at the Connecta Business Center. There you will find restaurants, banks and a shopping center among many other things)

Requirements

-High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)

-Be and Adult (18 years old and up)

-English level 80% (Certifications are not necessary)

-Customer orientation (Empathy)
