The agent must be able to understand and analyze the reason why the client communicates with the company and must know what is the appropriate procedure to resolve the pqr. During the process, the agent must provide a specific resolution to each customer and ensure excellent call handling to meet customer expectations. In addition to courtesy, empathy, social skills, fluency in American English, and a focus on serving the r are important requirements
- Time availability: Monday-saturday
- Time availability 1:00 – 17:00
- Rest: Sunday

Responsabilidades y funciones
- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
- Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding
- Maintain a continual working knowledge of our client’s products, services and promotions
- Accuray document and update records in required systems qualifications.
Estudios, Competencias y Experiencia Laboral
- High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
- English Level: B2 or Above

Salario: $ 1.600.000,00.
