Descripción de la oferta

The interpreter must be able to comprehend and analyze the reason why the customer is calling and must provide a specific resolution to each customer to assure and meet their expectations. In addition to fluency with American English the expert should have outstanding soft skills such as politenessand empathy.

- Responsibilities
Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service through active listening
Treat sensitively all confidential customer information
Update precisely records in required systems
Deliver clear instructions
Technical Skills

High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
College degree preferred and/or University student in Systems, Electrical Engineer, Computer Science, Business Administration, Banking, Commerce or other related
English level: C1 or above
Competencies and Specific Skills

- Communication skills
Multi-tasking skills
Persuation and upselling
Problem Resolution
Work Experience

As a must customer support – post-sales support (both in a technical environment)
Preferred: at least 1 year of customer service

Salario: $ 1.800.000,00.
