--> Overview

The interpreter must be able to comprehend and analyze the reason why the customer is calling and must provide a specific resolution to each customer to assure and meet their expectations. In addition to fluency with American English the expert should have outstanding soft skills such as politeness and empathy.

--> Responsibilities:

- Handle and carefully respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening
- Treat sensitively all confidential customer information
- Update precisely records in required systems
- Deliver clear instructions

--> Qualifications

-->Technical Skills

- High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
- College degree preferred and/or University student in Systems, Electrical Engineer, Computer Science, Business
- Administration, Banking, Commerce or other related
- English level: C1 or above

--> Competencies and Specific Skills

- Communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills
- Persuation and upselling
- Problem Resolution
- Initiative

--> Work Experience

- As a must customer support – post-sales support (both in a technical environment)
- Preferred: at least 1 year of customer service

Salario: $ 1.800.000,00.
