The purpose of this role is to deliver technical support to end users about how to use and administer the NICE Service and Sales Performance Management software solutions efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. The Engineer is also responsible for the health and well-being of our customers’ cloud solutions. Also, they will need to manage tasks to troubleshoot and resolve customer’s technical issues.

Main Responsibilities:
o Integrate NICE's applications with Oracle, MSSQL, Flat Files, and other backend enterprise systems using ETL, XML, and scripting language.
o Participate in knowledge transfer activities as required
o Accurately track effort on tasks - recognize scope and effort variances early, evaluate impact and raise issues as appropriate.
• College degree (preferable) in relevant technology field
• English B2 Fluent and conversational
• Knowledge of data handling and SQL and Oracle
• Proficient with Linux
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure
