A Technical Support Engineer typically provides support for diagnosing, replicating, and resolving software and hardware issues. It includes troubleshooting protocols running on our Client´s hardware to assist Customers with problem isolation and resolution.

Main Responsibilities:
o Integrate NICE's applications with Oracle, MSSQL, Flat Files, and other backend enterprise systems using ETL, XML, and scripting language.
o Participate in knowledge transfer activities as required
o Accurately track effort on tasks - recognize scope and effort variances early, evaluate impact and raise issues as appropriate.
• College degree (preferable) in relevant technology field
• English B2 Fluent and conversational
• Knowledge of data handling and SQL and Oracle
• Proficient with Linux
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure
