Specific Job Responsibilities:
·         Responsible for managinng the account , with daily performance evaluations on all KPIs .
. Reponsible for adherance to the Collections Pyramid and Negotiation stills.
·         Distribute production and quality reports within established timeframes.
·         Maintain good Employee and Client Satisfaction
·         Communicate and implement strategies to improve performance or financial goals.
·         Conduct regular Monthly, Weekly and Quarter review of the business with client and internal stakeholders
·         Keep Service Delivery Site Director appraised of program performance at all times through the timely completion and submission of all requested program reporting.
·         Accurately assist with handling escalations as needed.
. Implement and maintain the account Minimum Standards to ensure no compliance issues
·         Support and enforce the consistent execution of stated company policies as it relates to all SGS personnel.
·         Other duties as assigned by Director



Required Skills:
A Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum three years of auto collections experience required, prior experience of being an account manager required; Process transformation experience preferred
Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Demonstrated leadership skills; be able to take the lead in making improvements and resolving issues
Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications

Bachillerato o equivalente
