A Technical Support Engineer 1 typically provides entry-level technical support for diagnosing, replicating, and resolving software and hardware issues. It includes troubleshooting protocols running on our Client´s hardware to assist Customers with problem isolation and resolution.

-Technical, technological or professional degree in Systems, Telecommunications or any related IT engineering field
- Advanced English level
- Knowledge of Windows Registry, file system, Windows Client, Windows OS, user profiles, security and server-based software and networking (routing) *Preferred: 2 years’ experience in one of these fields*
- Full time availability 24/7 (42hrs per week + 2 days off)
