We are looking for people to work in customer service of one of the most important companies of EEG and PSG medical equipments. You only have to have a high level of English and time availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
· Escalating issues and reporting bugs.
· Respond to queries related to our products either in person or over the phone.
· Train computer user to use our platform.
· Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
· Walk customer through problem-solving process.
· Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
· Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), The company's proprietary system.
· Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
· Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
. Install equipments around LATAM countries.
