Who are we looking for?

A Reconciliation Leader, based in Bogota office, in this role, you will be part of PayU Operations team, responsible for ensuring in a precise and timely manner the bank’s, transactional and accounting reconciliation of the PayU’s platform operations with payment methods. Directing the work team effectively to achieve goals and objectives and continue improving the processes in charge.

Main Responsibilities

. Accounts receivables reconciliation
. Control and tracking of transactional and bank reconciliation to achieve the
reconciliation goals.
. Monitoring of chargebacks recovery and reconciliation
. Monthly close activities
. Cops monitoring
. Tracking of tickets management
. Team performance monitoring
. Leading the team

. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
. Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading and working in a financial area (accounting, treasury, reconciliation).
. Outstanding knowledge of accounting, finances and bank reconciliation.
. Knowledge in payment methods and payments business preferred.
. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
. Great team player with excellent relationships, communication skills, being service oriented, and have a remarkable pro-active mindset.
. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
. Fluent English skills (written and oral).
. Good presentation skills in both formal and informal settings & ability to interact with financial service recipients
. Good problem solving and analytical skills
