The Talent Acquisition Specialist identifies the best talent according to the policies and needs of the operation.  - Educational Requirements:  Academic background in psychology, Industrial Engineering or International Business.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the flow of candidates through the Talent Acquisition process
Schedule interviews and follow up on the hiring process
Coordinate and schedule interviews with supervisors
Manage the expectations of the candidates in the selection process
Communicate honestly and clearly to attract the genuine interest on candidates

3 or more years of experience in recruitment, desirable in technology profiles, positions such as professionals in different engineering, Project Manager and specialized Analysts. Proficiency in the English language B2  Oriented to the client in handling communications and conflicts. Able to efficiently manage time and monitor multiple schedules, meetings and initiatives. -
