Qualifications? 2+ years relevant customer service experience? Some leadership experience preferred? Strong oral and written communication skills? Effective time management & organization skills? Team facilitation and training skills? Strong decision making & problem solving skills? Effective change leadership skills? Ability to work well under pressure? Demonstrated competency in a Windows-based environment, keyboarding and internet skills? Demonstrated competency in T-Mobile Customer Care applications including but not limited to: Remedy, Samson, T-Community, VASA, QuikView, and Microsoft Outlook? Basic understanding of P&L concepts? Ability to de-escalate customers; conflict resolution skills? Ability to formulate and deliver specific, actionable feedbackEducationMinimum Required? High School DiplomaLicense or Certification(None)General/Physical RequirementsAbility to visually see information contained in writtenreports and computer databases. Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.Ability to communicate verbally and electronically with customers and coworkers.
