This position is responsible for providing world class customer support in the stewardship of all electronic and data processing components in the Colombia Geography.

The incumbent will work to provide the maximum support coverage in a contact center environment in keeping technologyequipment availability within Sutherland?s service level agreements as outlined by the internal helpdesk manager and Sutherland clients.

Responsible to address all of the client issues and Service Requests
Close coordination with the SME teams in terms of addressing any requirements or issues
Maintain Information Security Compliancy for all info sec controls, certifications, standards, etc
Ensures that GTI Ops KPIs and SLAs are properly meet
Maintain Assets Inventory updated and with accurate information

Bachelor?s degree, professional career oriented to Systems.Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within information technology and ITIL practices

Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of tasks specific to electronic equipment and facilityMaintenance

A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

External vendor interaction is required.

Minimum 2 or 3 year in experience in:
* Configuring and troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops and Multimedia
* Configuring and troubleshooting Switches
* Troubleshooting IP Phones
* Configuring and troubleshooting MS Windows Platforms and Office Packages
* English intermediate level
