The Sr. Account Resource Manager (Sr ARM) leads the best and brightest Consultants & Engineers in our Enterprise business. The Sr ARM typically manages upto 8-10 Account Resource Managers who are responsible to manage uptp 60 billable engineers through which they drive customer satisfaction & account revenue. People leadership and business excellence are key to the success of the Sr ARM role.
The Sr ARM must have a passion, vision and experience in the Telecommunications or Application deployment Industry and help us build, educate and grow our expertise, as well as to possess technology & industry knowledge and help us diagnose the gaps in the current team and build a roadmap to fill those technical and industry gaps.
The Sr ARM is key to develop the team members in Enterprise business, strategy team development, people improvements. All should lead to improving the overall people results and bring a stronger sense of focus and excellence in our business.
The Sr ARM drives client and customer satisfaction and account revenue through engineer direction and guidance.
