* Min 6 years? experience in the BPO/call-center industry
* Minimum 4 years Training Experience in BPO/call-center, with full understanding of training theories and methods to measure training effectiveness,
* Min 2 years in a Supervisory role and/or exposure to leadership training is a must
* Strong understanding of BPO operations (SL, Quality, Voice/Data metrics, etc.)
* Fully bilingual Spanish/English. Should have strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
* Bachelor Degree
